I’ve lived in Upstate New York most of my life. I’m proud of it, yet when I’ve traveled on many occasions have had to remind people that there is more to the state than “the Big Apple”. Well, today I’m talking about apples – the real thing. It’s that season, and they are in abundance! There is so much variety, freshness… and just plain old good eating.
