Well folks, I’ve been laid up the last few days with back issues – NOT fun. Cooking has kind of been out of the question – but fortunately, I’ve got good friends!

I was lucky that it didn’t start until after I had done my grocery shopping, so I had lots to nibble on – and when a gal friend stopped over to check on me, she asked if there was anything that I needed. “Yes”, I said. “Please make me some summer spaghetti!”
